The city protected by the arc of rocky mountains, Antalya opens onto a large bay light. The old town of adobe houses, old tiled roofs irregular locks of fragrant gardens. The old fisherman's district steep lanes is dominated by a fluted minaret covered with earthenware which was built in the thirteenth century. The city, modern, crossing wide avenues lined with palm trees, actually a very nice city, ideal for visiting the region. It has one of the most beautiful archaeological and ethnographic museums in Turkey, both by the wealth of objects by the aesthetics of their presentation.
